Career Highlights and Personal Achievements

In 2001 Governor Benjamin Cayetano of Hawaii presented Mr. Zervoulakos with a written commendation and award recognizing his performance as one of Hawaii’s Top Sales Professionals of the year.

The Sales and Marketing Executives of Honolulu awarded Mr. Zervoulakos the prestigious DSMA (Distinguished Sales and Marketing) award for 2001. He was one of 23 awardees Statewide for the year.

Mr. Zervoulakos was chosen for T-Mobile’s highest honor of Directors Club (2000) and Winner’s Circle (2003) Nationwide for the Company for his productivity and outstanding performance.

In 2002, Mr. Zervoulakos was the #1 Territory Sales Manager NATIONWIDE in overall sales to quota for the entire Company of T-Mobile.

In 2004 Century 21 All Islands Waikiki awarded Mr. Zervoulakos with a Certificate of Achievement for his outstanding performance in Hawaii’s Real Estate field.

In 2005 GTA/MPULSE hired Mr. Zervoulakos and relocated him back to Guam to build and launch MPULSE Mobile as the youngest Director (of Sales) in the company’s 60+ years of history.

Over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in various fields such as Corporate Management, Development, Real Estate, Services, Products and Technology.

Mr. Zervoulakos has successfuly sold Real Estate since 2003 and started as a Realtor Associate for Century 21 All Islands in Hawaii’s AGGRESSIVE Real Estate Market.

Dino Ken Zervoulakos was born and raised on the Island of Guam in the South Pacific. Within his close family circle, he was raised with the highest values, morals and ethics that exemplifies his attractive and electric personality today. The Zervoulakos Families are known for their successful business ventures and prominent name not only in Guam but throughout the U.S. in the States of California, Nevada, Minnesota, and Georgia. You see Excellence and Top Performance are not new qualities to Mr. Zervoulakos. His father George Zervoulakos has been a Realtor with a fine reputation of over 15 years of service to the Real Estate community of Guam. It is easy to say that Real Estate runs in their family. His father spared no expense or quality time in raising his children to be the best in everything they did. Family Values was and still is their up most priority.

Mr. Zervoulakos lived in Oahu Hawaii for close to ten years before moving back to Guam and reuniting with his family. During his stay in Hawaii he established a fine reputation for himself in the business community. The State of Hawaii and the prestigious Sales and Marketing Executives of Honolulu nominated Mr. Zervoulakos for the honored "Distinguished Sales and Marketing (DSMA) Award” for 2001. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the profitability and growth of his respected company VoiceStream Wireless at the time. As a winner of this Honored Award, Mr. Zervoulakos received a letter of commendation from Governor Benjamin Cayetano at a special Award Ceremony held on May 10th, 2001 at the Hawaii Prince Hotel.

Mr. Zervoulakos is known Island wide in Hawaii for his contributions to the Wireless Telecom Industry and employment with VoiceStream Wireless now known as T-Mobile USA. In recent years he has helped the Telecom Industry and the many Wireless Businesses grow with his technology and sales experience. Mr. Zervoulakos is a Guam Community College graduate of Computer Science and holds several technology certifications. He furthered his education in Hawaii by attending Heald Business College. Mr. Zervoulakos graduated with Honors and with an impressive 4.0 GPA in the Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certification program. He also holds the recognized Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Certification. Among his responsibilities at T-Mobile, Mr. Zervoulakos was the Corporate Sales Trainer and Business Consultant to the many wireless businesses statewide. His dual title of "Territory Representative" and "Data Specialist" brought much productivity and success to his company over the years. In the year 2000 he was nominated for T-Mobile’s respected award of "Directors Club" company wide. Then for the entire year of 2002, Mr. Zervoulakos was the #1 Territory Representative in the ENTIRE NATION company wide in over all sales for T-Mobile. He over achieved and exceeded all his peers by more than 15% in sales versus quota awarding him T-Mobiles highest honor of "Winners Circle in 2003".

Mr. Zervoulakos sought to expand his resume and experience by entering into the Real Estate field on July 2003. During this time the Real Estate in Hawaii was booming. With his success in Real Estate Mr. Zervoulakos resigned from T-Mobile and took up full time employment as a Real Estate Agent with Century 21 All Islands in Waikiki. He quickly caught on to the business and sold countless properties throughout the State of Hawaii earning him a fine reputation in the Real Estate community. In June 2004, he was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for his Outstanding Performance in the field of Real Estate.

In late 2004, Mr. Zervoulakos was contacted by Guam Telephone Authority (GTA)and offered a job opportunity to relocate back to Guam. GTA sought his Telecom experience to assist in building and launching a new GSM Network and Company named MPULSE. Given the opportunity to relocate back to his home and to his Family, Mr. Zervoulakos accepted this offer becoming the youngest Director ever hired in GTA’s 30 years of history. It was there where he designed and implemented all policies, procedures, services and products. With his extensive sales background he assisted in building MPULSE’s retail division and Retail Store giving the customers of Guam the much needed national retail experience and service seen throughout the world. If you have noticed all the various types of Rate Plans being advertised in the media by various Telecom Companies, you’ll notice a variety of services now offered in Guam. Many of these services were introduced to Guam by Mr. Zervoulakos. If you have heard of the Family Pooling Plans, the bundled individual plans with nights and weekends, the Unlimited Plan and all the cool gadgets and phones… that was Mr. Zervoulakos. Many of the other Telecom companies quickly replicated his ideas, products and services to their own customers giving the mobile customers of Guam the service and prices they finally deserved.

With all the news of the added Military and the growing Economic and Real Estate conditions in Guam, Mr. Zervoulakos made the decision to focus his path in the Real Estate field on September 1, 2005. His resignation to GTA was up and coming to many that knew him personally since it was clear that his passion was in Real Estate. With his years of Real Estate experience in Hawaii, Mr. Zervoulakos has had no issues adjusting to the Real Estate field here in Guam. His experience in Hawaii has given him an advantage among many of the local Realtors. In addition he currently works with Century 21 Commonwealth Realty with his father George Zervoulakos.

You can clearly see Mr. Zervoulakos takes pride in his work by putting his whole hearted effort into whatever is assigned to him. You can rest assured that you will be in good hands. Not only that, you will make a friend for life... just as how I did.

In his personal life, Mr. Zervoulakos is a very humorous and an enjoyable individual to be around. Despite his many accomplishments, humility is one of his defining qualities. I can speak from knowing him personally that in a good way he will keep you on your toes. I feel comfortable to be myself around him. When he is not working hard, he can be seen at your local beach surfing his favorite breaks laughing, smiling and making friends with everyone. I have to mention that even though his golf game needs a lot of work; he is a pretty decent surfer. But whether you are playing a game of Golf or Surfing with him, I'll tell you from experience, you will have a great time. In my book, he's a rare personality and an all around type of gentleman.

Mr. Zervoulakos has always been known an "Over Achiever" from all the privileged years that I've known him. From grade school I remember his exceptional grades, from sports he always shined above the rest, to winning first place at all the science fairs, to his careers becoming the best of the best. He has put his whole souled heart and mind into everything that he has done. From a personal note, he has helped me tremendously in developing my career and I thank him dearly for it. When I do decide to buy my first house, I'm going to seek his advice and professional experience first even though I live all the way here in Colorado. There is no second thought to that. So if your looking for someone to represent you in your Real Estate needs ethically, you can trust that Dino will get the job done in excellence from his track record.
